Do you do auto tinting?
A: At this moment we do not, we only offer residential and commercial building tinting.

How long is the curing process for the glass?
A: curing typically takes about 2-3 weeks for the adhesive to settle.

How long does it take normally to get booked?
A: Usually we schedule the home/business install within the week you choose to do the work, this means once the 50% deposit is paid, our customers see about a week before the install actually takes place.

What is your return policy?
A: Once you've paid your 50% deposit, if materials haven't been ordered we can refund your purchase in full (first 24 hours). If the deposit has been paid and materials have been ordered, we cannot refund you for the materials ordered. If there is any remaining balance we will gladly refund that to you.  

How can I see the product before I buy it?
A: You're able to schedule a free estimate where I come out to the property, present a tint sample pack, showing the different tints available and what they will look like against the glass. This also gives me an opportunity to answer any questions you have of the process.
